#notyourusualstay

Get ready to experience Manchester differently. Opening in Q2 2027 on Portland Street, lyf Piccadilly Manchester is a vibrant 4-star lifestyle hotel in the heart of one of the country’s most creative and energetic cities. With 280 rooms and spaces to work, cook and meet, it puts city breaks and business trips within reach of Manchester Piccadilly station and the Northern Quarter.
Choose from seven room categories, with double beds, twin beds and sofa-bed options for up to three guests. Meeting and event facilities will also support conferences, team gatherings and group stays.

Manchester from your doorstep

Start with Piccadilly Gardens, then head into the Northern Quarter for independent cafes, record shops and live music. Manchester Art Gallery, Manchester Arndale and the National Football Museum give you more ways to spend a day in the centre.
For a concert at AO Arena or a match farther across the city, plan your route by tram, bus or taxi. Piccadilly Gardens has tram and bus connections, while Manchester Piccadilly station connects the city with Manchester Airport and destinations across the UK.
Manchester Central Convention Complex adds another reason to stay in the city centre. Keep business appointments and time to explore in the same trip, with your room on Portland Street.
