Secured progressively in the first half year of 2025, the signings will contribute more than 1000 units to Ascott’s growing portfolio in the country, reflecting Ascott’s steady and strategic expansion in one of its most dynamic markets. As of July 2025, there are a total of eight properties in Batam, North Sumatra, Bali, Bandung, Bogor, and Tangerang, operating under the Somerset, Oakwood, Citadines, Yello Hotels, and Fox Hotels brands.
