Promotion Details and Eligibility:
1. The promotion starts on 15 January 2025 and will be available while stocks last.
2. Members are allowed to purchase multiple packages under this offer, and there is no limit to the number of packages that can be bought.
3. The promotion is open exclusively to Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) members, and the member needs to comply with applicable laws and regulations in their respective countries.
Voucher(s) Redemption:
4. The ASR Points Voucher, 25% Off Voucher, and 3 x $100 for S$1,000 Escape & Explore Package or 5 x $100 for $3,000 Ultimate Getaway Package Cash Vouchers are valid for redemption within 12 months from the date of purchase, while the Priority Pass Airport Lounge voucher(s) must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of purchase. Extension of the voucher(s)'s validity period is strictly not allowed.
5. Lounge access is subject to availability and lounge rules at the time of visit. Receipt of the voucher(s) does not guarantee entry.
6. Members must submit airport lounge pass redemption requests at least seven (7) working days before their intended travel date to allow for processing. Requests submitted within seven (7) working days of travel will not be processed.
7. Package purchases must be made through our official sales channels, either on our official brand website or mobile app.
8. Payment will be processed in Singapore dollars. Additional taxes, service charges, or fees may apply, depending on the lounge’s location and policies.
9. Each Priority Pass voucher(s) is redeemable for a single entry into the Priority Pass Airport Lounge.
10. Once purchased, the voucher(s) is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits and must not be resold to third parties. The Ascott Limited will not refund any unused portion of the voucher value.
11. Certain blackout dates and lounge-specific restrictions may apply. Members are advised to check lounge access policies before visiting.
12. Lounge operators reserve the right to refuse entry due to capacity constraints, dress code violations, or other policy violations.
13. The Ascott Limited shall not be responsible for booking requests received after the voucher(s) has expired.
Accuracy of Information:
14. Members must ensure the accuracy of all personal details provided during the purchase, including name, email address, membership ID and date of Priority Pass Airport Lounge Pass usage.
15. Inaccurate information may lead to delayed or unsuccessful voucher issuance.
16. The Ascott Limited is not liable for any failures due to technical malfunctions, payment gateway issues, or system errors.
17. The Ascott Limited is not responsible for any changes to the number or availability of airport lounges provided by Priority Pass.
General T&Cs:
18. The Ascott Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or regulatory restrictions.
19. The Ascott Limited reserves the right to amend any purchase if terms and conditions are violated.
20. In the event of any dispute, the management’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
21. In case of discrepancies between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
22. Ascott reserves the right to modify, cancel or revoke the package in the event of any irregularity, misuse or bad faith at the point of purchase.
