12. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or concession, or applied to existing/confirmed reservations, existing leasing contract customers, reservations made on third-party sites, deposits for group bookings/meetings or catering functions.
13. Vouchers purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable and must not be sold to any other parties. Under no circumstances can any portion of the voucher be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise. If a customer has received a voucher but did not use it, Ascott will not refund the whole or any un-used part of the e-voucher value.

Ascott shall not be responsible for booking requests received after the voucher expiry or for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify an Ascott staff, as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads and shall in no event be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay arising from, but not limited to, an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, labour or industrial dispute, any strike, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Ascott.
