1. This voucher includes experience for one (1) persons to the Chelsea vs Everton Watch Party.
2. Entry is subject to venue capacity and is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated.
3. Attendees under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. If alcoholic beverages are served, they will only be provided to attendees of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws.
5. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, offensive, or unsafe may result in removal from the event without refund, with discretion from the organisers.
6. Ascott Star Rewards shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from or in connection with this event, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. This experience is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits and may only be used by the individual to whom it is issued. Any unauthorised resale or transfer will result in the experience being voided.
8. Ascott Star Rewards is not liable for the quality or delivery of services provided by the event organisers. Any issues with your experience should be addressed directly with the event organisers.
9. By participating in this event, participants grant The Ascott Limited the right to use their names, photographs, and any event-related content for promotional and marketing purposes, without prior notice or additional compensation.
10. Ascott Star Rewards reserves the right to modify or cancel this experience at any time without prior notice.
11. Ascott Star Rewards shall not be responsible for any requests received after the voucher expiry or for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify an Ascott staff as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads and shall in no event be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay arising from, but not limited to, an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, labour or industrial dispute, any strike, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Ascott.
12. Ascott Star Rewards reserves the right to amend the invitation in the event any of the terms and conditions is/are violated. In the event of any dispute, the management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. Ascott Star Rewards reserves the right to change these terms & conditions without prior notice.
14. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and other translations of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
15. By confirming your attendance for the experience, you acknowledge and accept the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) programme and the above terms and conditions.
