4. This experience is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits and may only be used by the individual to whom it is issued. Any unauthorised resale or transfer will result in the experience being voided.
5. Ascott Star Rewards is not liable for the quality or delivery of services provided by participating properties. Any issues with your stay should be addressed directly with the property.

7. In the event of any dispute, the management’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

Ascott Star Rewards shall not be responsible for the RSVP request received after the voucher has expired or for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify an Ascott staff as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads and shall in no event be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay arising from, but not limited to, an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, labour or industrial dispute, any strike, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Ascott.
10. Ascott Star Rewards reserves the right to amend the invitation in the event any of the terms and conditions is/are violated. In the event of any dispute, the management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
11. Ascott Star Rewards reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
12. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and other translations of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
