1. The sale of voucher(s) will be in SGD currency.
2. The voucher is valid for 12 months upon crediting into the specified ASR member account during purchase. Extension of voucher validity is strictly not allowed.
3. The voucher can only be used for a one-time booking on Discover ASR website/mobile app for eligible rates at the specified participating property/properties listed on the voucher page. Blackout dates apply.
4. Multiple voucher purchases are possible. For redemption, customers may not stack multiple vouchers in one reservation only.
5. Receipt of voucher does not automatically guarantee a reservation confirmation. Reservation confirmation is subject to room and rate availability.
6. For any purchase value exceeding the voucher value, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeemed the voucher.
7. Reservation payment will be in local currency, subject to currency conversions rates on payment date.
8. Redemptions through Front Desk at property or partial redemptions of voucher value are not allowed.
9. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or concession, or applied to existing/confirmed reservations, existing leasing contract customers, reservations made on third-party sites, deposits for group bookings/meetings or catering functions.
10. Vouchers purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable and must not be sold to any other parties. Under no circumstances can any portion of the voucher be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise. If a customer has received a voucher but did not use, Ascott will not refund the whole or any un-used part of the e-voucher value.
11. All confirmed reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Reservations may be modified or cancelled in accordance to the cancellation policy.
12. All reservations follow check-in at 3pm and check-out before 12pm. In the event of cancellation or no-show on arrival date, the voucher will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated or refunded.
13. Rates are subject to change without further notice and are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
14. Ascott shall not be responsible for booking requests received after the voucher expiry or for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify an Ascott staff, as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads and shall in no event be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay arising from, but not limited to, an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, labour or industrial dispute, any strike, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Ascott.
15. The Ascott Limited reserves the right to amend your booking in the event any of the terms and conditions is/are violated. In the event of any dispute, the management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
16. The Ascott Limited reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions without prior notice.
17. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and other translations of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

19. Cash Voucher is only eligible for non-Japanese residents.
